The math
Most $5M-and-up shops cobble together 4–6 tools. Each is reasonable on its own. The bill at the bottom of the year isn't.

Card on file, ACH, click-to-pay invoice links. Processing is interchange + 0.3% — significantly below industry. We make money on the platform, not on the swipes.
