Pricing

One price. The whole platform.

We charge for the platform, not for your team. Add a tech, don't pay more. Add a truck, don't pay more. Run a busy month, don't pay more. The unit economics shouldn't punish you for growing.

What's included

Every routebook engagement includes the entire platform. No tier upgrades to chase, no add-on modules to negotiate, no per-feature unlocks. The pricing page is the whole pricing page.

  • Unlimited users — techs, dispatchers, office staff, owners. Add as many as the shop has.
  • All six modules — dispatch, jobs, invoicing, customer/property, inventory, P&L.
  • Mobile apps — iOS and Android. Offline-capable for basements without signal.
  • QuickBooks Online sync — two-way, invoices, payments, customers, COA mappings.
  • Card processing — interchange + 0.3%. Significantly below industry. We make money on the platform.
  • Data migration — we pull from ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, QBO, or spreadsheets. Two weeks typical, no extra charge.
  • Direct line to the founder — Samuel answers the phone. (615) 631-3790. While that lasts.

The math

What $1,499 / month replaces.

Most $5M-and-up shops cobble together 4–6 tools. Each is reasonable on its own. The bill at the bottom of the year isn't.

Field service tool
$28k–$60k

ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, or similar — annual license + per-tech fees + implementation.

Inventory module
$6k–$18k

Add-on or separate tool — most field service tools charge extra for inventory tracking.

Job-cost reporting
$8k+

Excel + a part-time bookkeeper, or a separate analytics tool that doesn't talk to dispatch.

Card processing markup
~3%

Industry-standard rate over interchange. On $2M of card volume, that's $40k+/yr leaking out.

Implementation
$15k–$40k

One-time. The "free trial" pricing always lives next to a five-figure rollout.

routebook
$17,988 / yr

Flat. All six modules. Unlimited users. Migration included. No per-swipe markup.

Common questions

Things every operator asks first.

How is this different from ServiceTitan or FieldEdge?

It's smaller, cheaper, and built for owners, not enterprise IT departments. ServiceTitan is excellent at being ServiceTitan — and priced accordingly. routebook is built for $5M-and-up shops that need a real ERP without a $40k/year contract and a six-month rollout.

Will you migrate our data?

Yes. Whatever you're on now — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, FieldEdge, Service Fusion, QuickBooks Online, a spreadsheet — we pull customers, jobs, properties, equipment history, and AR into routebook. No extra charge. Two weeks, typical.

Do you have a mobile app for techs?

Yes. iOS and Android. Built mobile-first because that's where the work happens. Offline-capable for basements with no signal.

How do payments work?

Card on file, ACH, click-to-pay invoice links. Processing is interchange + 0.3% — significantly below industry. We make money on the platform, not on the swipes.

Annual or month-to-month?

Either. Same flat rate. We don't punish month-to-month with a higher tier — and we don't lock you in with a 36-month contract. Most shops go annual after 60 days because the math works.

Who actually answers the phone?

The founder. Samuel. (615) 631-3790. That doesn't scale forever, but right now, that's the deal — and it's part of why early shops choose us.
